W. Scott Becque
Regional Director, Sales and Marketing
Responsible for overseeing his portfolio sales, revenue development and marketing. Prior to joining Marshall, Scott was regional director of sales and marketing for Columbia Sussex Co., overseeing 17 hotels in the Northeast. These brands included Sheraton, Westin, Hilton Doubletree and Marriott. Prior to this, he held the same position at New Castle Hotels. Mr. Becque also invested nearly 20 years of his career with Interstate Hotels Corporation, serving as director of sales and marketing at the Providence Marriott, Westin Washington, DC, the Charles Hotel in Harvard Square, and the St. Moritz in New York City. He held the position of area director of sales and marketing for The Island Resorts of Massachusetts - Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, where he booked over $1 million in new business during a single year, receiving the Significant Achievement Award from the company. Early in his career Mr. Becque was involved in the pre-opening activities of the Lowell (MA) Hilton, Ft. Lauderdale Marriott North, and the Harrisburg/Hershey Courtyard by Marriott. Scott Becque earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Ithaca College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Jeff Lattinville
Regional Director of Sales and Marketing
with over 29 years in the lodging industry, Jeff has generated over $60 million in revenues in his career for hotels. Jeff brings an operational background to his position with management experience in full service independent resort hotels. Throughout his career, Jeff has implemented sales systems, marketing plans and developed successful strategies to strengthen client relationships. His experience includes new hotel openings in resorts and large national franchise hotels, implementing pre-opening marketing and sales strategies, and overseeing revenue and yield strategies. He spent two years as a Vice President of Sales for a national sales and marketing consulting firm deploying local sales and marketing campaigns for LaQuinta Inns, Baymont Inns, and Comfort Inn and Suites. Jeff has participated in continuing education through the Sheraton, Choice and LaQuinta brands, taught hospitality courses at Wor-Wic Community College, and is a Dale Carnegie graduate.
