SALISBURY, MD., September 28, 2007—

Marshall Management, a leading mid-sized hotel management company, today announced that it has added five management contracts to its portfolio, including an under-construction aloft hotel outside of Washington, D.C., an historic hotel in upstate New York, two properties in West Virginia and a Gettysburg, Pa.-property that features a 60,000-square-foot event center. The new contracts come on the heels of the announcement that the company will provide management services to The Lam Group and Lam Generation to help facilitate the accelerated development of their planned hotels in New York City.

“These properties further expand the diversity of our portfolio and demonstrate the breadth of our capacity as a management company,” said Mike Marshall, president and CEO. “In the past 18 months, we have added new resorts, upper upscale hotels and mid-market properties with and without food and beverage.

“These new contracts span various segments of the industry, from new builds to historic hotels to properties that will undergo significant renovation and repositioning. All these properties are in lucrative markets; our goal is to further strengthen their competitive position within their respective markets. We expect to add significant value through enhanced operations at these hotels.”
The contracts include:

· A 144-room aloft, located minutes from Washington Dulles Airport, in Chantilly, Va., will be one of the first of the new concept hotels. The new-build lifestyle hotel is expected to open in the 2009 first quarter.

· The 100-room historic Flanagan Hotel, located in Malone, N.Y., was built in 1917 and closed in 1997 after sustaining extensive fire damage. The landmark property currently is undergoing a complete reconstruction and, when completed, will include 5,500 square feet of meeting and social function space, café/lounge and nightclub. The hotel is within minutes of Titus Ski Mountain, fishing, three golf courses. The property is scheduled to reopen on Memorial Day 2008.

· The 307-room Eisenhower Inn and Conference Center in Gettysburg, Pa., directly across from President Dwight D. Eisenhower’s Farm and Boyd’s Bear Country, is south central Pennsylvania’s largest conference center, which includes 60,000 square feet of meeting and event space capable of accommodating groups of up to 3,500 people. The property sits on 105 acres and features the 50,000-square-foot All-Star Family Fun Center, which includes, two go-cart tracks, a 14-acre fishing lake with paddle boats, miniature golf, a soccer field and basketball and volleyball courts. Other amenities include an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna and tennis courts.

· The 205-room Waterfront Place Hotel in Morgantown, W. Va. overlooks the Monongahela River and features 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space that can accommodate groups of up to 1,000 people. The four-year-old, four-diamond property offers a 1,400-square-foot day spa, fully equipped fitness center, indoor pool and hydrotherapy pool. The Waterfront is located within minutes of six golf courses, hiking and white-water rafting.

· The 106-room Holiday Inn Fairmont in Fairmont, W. Va. features more than 1,500 square feet of meeting space and is located near Pricket’s Fort State Park and West Virginia University. The property will undergo a major renovation beginning in October.
