announced that it has added five management contracts to its portfolio,
including an under-construction aloft hotel outside of Washington,
D.C., an historic hotel in upstate New York, two properties in West
Virginia and a Gettysburg, Pa.-property that features a

demonstrate the breadth of our capacity as a management company,” said
Mike Marshall, president and CEO. “In the past 18 months, we have added

without food and beverage.
“These new contracts span
various segments of the industry, from new builds to historic hotels to
properties that will undergo significant renovation and repositioning.
All these properties are in lucrative markets; our goal is to further

We expect to add significant value through enhanced operations at these
hotels.”
