Sheraton

Pennsylvania. It is the company’s first property to be managed under an agreement with Lam’s Realty Corporation, a local hotel and real estate development and operations firm. The Four Points by Sheraton is
Marshall’s second managed hotel in
Philadelphia and the seventh in the state. “This is our ninth urban hotel in the Northeast corridor, which provides us with additional economies of scale and operating synergies,” said

Convention Center offers 2,688 square feet of flexible meeting space, a full-service restaurant, fitness center and free high-speed Internet in all public areas and guest rooms. The hotel is convenient to
Chinatown, City Hall and the Reading Terminal Market and nearby corporate offices, including GlaxoSmithKline, KPMG, IBM and Accenture.
Guest rooms contain the Four Points by Sheraton Comfort Bed®, featuring a plush mattress, an assortment of pillows and a duvet in a rich palette of colors, free bottled water and in-room movies on a state-of-the-art 32-inch flat panel television.
